Аннотация

The article discusses the prospects and problems in cyber law education, concentrating on successful learning techniques and cutting-edge methods that can improve the caliber of teaching and student outcomes. The analysis uncovers various problems faced by higher education institutions, such as the lack of a standardized curriculum, a lack of faculty knowledge, and a lack of practical exposure for students, through a qualitative research approach that includes case studies and literature reviews. In order to improve cyber law education, the study underlines the value of using collaborative learning, simulations, real-world case studies, and technology integration. Innovations like gamification, virtual reality simulations, online and mixed learning models, and interdisciplinary approaches are also covered.
