Academic Achievement
I’m pleased to announce the completion of “Law in the Digital Economy” program at ITM Institute, University of Münster (Germany).
I served dual roles: as participant, completing European IP and Media Law (197/200) and European Data Law (B with Distinction), and as guest lecturer on antitrust regulation of digital platforms in the EU and Central Asia. My essay on adapting European experience to Uzbekistan’s legal system has been accepted for publication in the LDE collection.
I thank my friend and colleague Prof. Thomas Hoeren for his invaluable support of my academic career!

Ikki rolda ishtirok etdim: tinglovchi sifatida European IP and Media Law (197/200) va European Data Law (B with Distinction) modullarini o’zlashtirdim, hamda YeI va Markaziy Osiyoda raqamli platformalarning antimonopoliya tartibga solinishi bo’yicha ma’ruzachi bo’ldim. Yevropa tajribasini O’zbekiston huquqiy tizimiga moslashtirish haqidagi inshoim LDE to’plamida nashr etilishi uchun qabul qilindi.

Рад сообщить о завершении программы “Law in the Digital Economy” в Институте ITM Университета Мюнстера (Германия).
Я выступил в двух ролях: как участник, освоив модули European IP and Media Law (197/200) и European Data Law (B with Distinction), и как приглашенный лектор по антимонопольному регулированию цифровых платформ в ЕС и Центральной Азии. Мое эссе об адаптации европейского опыта для правовой системы Узбекистана принято к публикации в сборнике LDE.
